In Momir Basic, the AI will use Trench Gorger to exile its entire library, ensuring its loss the next turn.

Also, the AI in Commander will enchant Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge with Splinter Twin and activate, despite this not accomplishing anything.

AI left Inventor's Goggles unequipped at the end of his turn, despite having nothing else to spend the mana on.

The AI made a copy of Boros Signet with Saheeli Rai, but did nothing else that turn, lowering Saheeli Rai's loyalty for no reason.

On multiple occasions in Commander, the AI will have Child of Alara go to the command zone instead of the graveyard when dying, even when having it go to the graveyard would prevent its death the next turn.

When casting spells with the Awaken keyword, the AI will often target a land which it taps for the mana to cast the spell, even when it has other untapped lands in play.

Opponent cast Bloodbraid Elf, cascaded into Terminate, I didn't have any creatures, it killed its own Dark Confidant even though it was still at a healthy 13 life.

I cast Oblivion Ring, targeting an opponent's permanent.

In response to the exiling trigger going on the stack, the AI cast Krosan Grip at my Oblivion Ring; thus, instead of saving his permanent, it was permanently exiled.

AI has a single Resize in it's graveyard. AI loses multiple creatures in combat, each triggering the recover ability. AI pays the trigger cost multiple times.

AI cast Pious Interdiction on my creature; then on it's next turn cast Legion's Judgment on the same creature.

(There were no other valid targets for the Legion's Judgment, but still, it was a waste of a removal spell)

AI always moves Prison Term onto a new creature coming into play, even if the new creature is considerably less threatening than the one it already enchants.

AI activates Chainbreaker at the start of it's turn, depriving itself of both mana and a creature to block with.

AI activated Deathless Ancient in it's own turn, tapping all it's blockers and dooming itself to death.
