We're firmly in the midgame here, both life totals still high, and the AI targets a Soul Burn at me instead of using it to gain advantage on the board by killing a creature.

Perhaps it thinks that the Kjeldoran Elite Guard is capable of pumping itself in the main phase?

Even if it could, it would be to the AI's advantage to hang onto this X spell until it can kill a creature.

<edit> Also, because it tapped out, it cannot regenerate it's Wall of Pine Needles.

I killed AI's Arms Dealer; It did not sacrifice it in response, even though it did nothing else with it's mana for the rest of the turn.

Ditto, Grindstone.

In the Quest Mode level which features the Painter's Servant/Grindstone combo, often the AI will play the Grindstone and be unable to play the Painter's Servant due to lack of mana. Perhaps this is by design, to make that level ever so slightly easier?

In a draft or sealed game, it's a huge handicap to the AI.

Opponent just lets Tetzimoc, Primal Death rot in its hand despite an abundance of mana and targets. Doesn't even run it out as "just a 6/6."

The AI seems to be unable to add two numbers together. In the below example the AI decided to spend its turn casting 1 Elvish Mystic, leaving 2 Draconic Roar in hand and 7 lands untapped.

I know the reason the Draconic Roar are not cast is not because the AI is misinterpreting when Dragonlord Ojutai has hexproof as it is more than willing to point Exquisite Firecraft at a tapped Ojutai or Searing Blood an Ojutai that has been hit with Drown in Sorrow. I don't know if this is a bug of some kind or a technical limitation, but an improvement here would boost AI's play performance.

AI cast River's Rebuke in it's second main phase, thus missing the chance to alpha strike me.

AI cast Rallying Roar in it's main phase before it attacked; it would have been better of casting it after it declared it's attackers, or even better, after I'd declared my blockers.

AI use second ability of Sensei's Divining Top always.
But it waste mana and tempo.
If AI can't use first ability, better not use second ability.

AI isn't aware of the damage prevention ability of Everdawn Champion and blocks as if it is a vanilla 2/2.

AI exiled a card with Dire Fleet Daredevil, but failed to cast it despite having a legal (and productive) target.

AI pays mana for Goblin Flotilla even when it doesn't attack/doesn't block/can't block.
