You can download all of MTG Forge card pictures here, it is a 25 MB zip file.

If you want simple, text wrapped card pictures, download this file (updated) made by Rob Cashwalker. It is only 1.5 MB.

I made a fresh package available here:

It's only 1.5M this time... and 7M decompressed!

The pictures are bigger in pixel-size than the first version, but no bigger in file-size. This gives the text more room, and wrap less often. And maybe I can experiment with inserting oracle rules text, if I can find an easy way to grab that on the fly - the card text from cards.txt isn't good enough, and it feels like there's a lot of empty space.... Though that's good for the JPG compression... we'll see.
