Possible to Recover Custom Decks after Updating?

I just updated my forge from version 1.2.5 to version 1.2.11 on my mac. When it opened all my downloaded card images, custom user decks and settings were gone. Is there any way to recover my custom user decks or do I just need to work on rebuilding everything?

The forge archive includes a file named "README.txt" and this file includes instructions for moving the card pics and other files from your older version of forge over to the newer version.

There is a section dealing with how to open the forge app via a contextual menu in order to access the hidden folders that are found inside of the forge app.
