draft mode AI opponents constantly change names

When I finish an 8 person draft, the AI selection of names to play against changes every time you start a new game. Why is that? I assume these are the same 'AI opponents' that built the draft decks from the same pool I did, only the names have changed? So if I play Alex from the top of the list, and next game I play Sandra from the top of the list, it's the same deck?
