Some moderate user/player questions.

Been playing this for about 30 hours now (over a couple of weeks) and I just have some things I'd like to know more about.
First off I just want to say Thank you x1000 to everyone involved in this project. I was a player back in the mid 90s up to Merc Masks and recently just wanted to get back into it for casual fun (ie. not 100$'s of dollars to stay competitive). This program runs amazingly but I'd like to "fine-tune" some things for my personal play style. I've tried searching the forums a few times but I get lost in the long threads and haven't been able to find my answers.
1. Is there a way I can change the 1000 max sell in the spell shop during the quest? I'd personally like to set the starting values at 10% and as I increase in rank, have it get up to 50% of the cards value at max level. I'm not sure how it currently increases but from 20-22% (so far)isn't really a large change. And as I said, I'd like to remove the "limit". Since the game is solo and I don't take vintage packs usually, I'd like to be able to earn quite a large sum of money from regular cards as I progress. In my current quest, I bought a limited ed. pack and I'd like to sell some of the cards I'll never use and eventually save up enough to get another (ie. if I sold the cards I had, I'd make up about 30-40% of the cost and only have to quest for the remainder, instead of like 9041401 gold at 50 gold a win)
2. I have noticed some pre-con's aren't in the game (or are not seen in store/able to start a quest with), any way I can implement them, I've done a basic search of the card files and it looks like all the cards are implemented (namely "Fangs of the Bloodchief")but not the deck as a whole.
3. I tried editing the costs of the booster packs in the booster-prices.txt but they do not change in the game (I tried to vary the prices by age, making m12 cheap and work my way up for the older packs). Any ideas?
4. I also editted the values for wins/losses/starting money/etc, but there seems to be a very small cap on some of them, and no cap on others. Is there a way around this? At the moment I have my quests set to 100-200 wins per rank and a booster pack for every 5 wins. I'd like to make the quest more enjoyable by having my wins give me more than 50~ gold so I can take a crappy deck and add onto it as things become available over time. (ie. start with 1 deck... precon or not, and go from there more easily).
5. I am not sure if I missed it yet, but there is a thread a few down on the forums about RTR images. I know it says that you can get the LQ ones (I think?) but are the HQ ones available yet or are they going to be a bit yet?
6. Lastly, this is not related to the program itself. But what is these "cubes" I read about? Are they a 3 booster block, 6 booster block, etc? I tried making one for Urza's Legacy, Urza's Sage, and Urza's Destiny (with the hopes of drafting or making a deck from boosters in each set) but it didn't work quite right when given my options. If it is 6, than I'd like to be able to do 2 from each. There is a post on the forums that explains HOW to change things, I just don't understand what exactly the cube is, so fill me in
Thank you all so much again, and for any answers I might/hope to receive to make this program truly amazing. The effort and time it must have taken is staggering but you guys have done an amazing job.
