Hi Vesst. Welcome, and we're glad you're enjoying Forge. If you're interested in getting involved in development, feel free to ask for assistance or advice in the Developers subforum. We're generally a friendly and helpful bunch, so let us know where you feel you can help.

Fist place to get started is the wiki section Development, in particular the link "How to get started developing Forge." That should allow you to at least look through the code. Some of the wiki is quite outdated, but between that and the code you should be able to work out what's happening. If you have any further questions, ask in the Developer's section.

Happy Forging!

Edit: with regards to making a donation, we can't accept donations without risking ire from the sleeping dragon that is WotC. We just do this because we love the game and developing it. If you really want to make a monetary contribution however, Goblin Hero (the site administrator) has a global announcement with details for making donations. They don't develop Forge itself, but they've hosted our forums for years and a while ago began hosting our svn repository. They also host the forums for several other great MtG engines and do all the HQ card scans used by magiccards.info and multitudes of other sites. Otherwise you can try contacting Rob Cashwalker via pm. He hosts our image library and releases etc.
