Is this some problem with the deck files from a previous version?
No.
I mean, at least it shouldn't be. The old deck files should load just fine, and for me, they do.
I haven't used sideboarding in the quest mode, though (instead I 'metagame' the quest decks I choose for specific opponents ;) ), so if the problem is somehow related to sideboards, I wouldn't have experienced it.

But it is obvious that whatever problem you experienced in the deck editor has somehow corrupted your quest data file. Once that happens, your pretty much only option is to shut down Forge and manually delete the quest data file, and start a new quest (sorry). Unless you have a working backup copy of the data file, of course.

Could you post the broken data file as an attachment? There's probably little we can do to fix it, but it might give us some clues what happened. (Or might not. Hard to say without seeing it.)

Voyager Drake can give all creatures flying without paying for Multikicker.

I have and it works just fine for me.

I'd bet there's a bug that slipped in that's doubling subabilities of mana, so this is the same as your Ancient Tomb report.

.Manamorphose draws 2 cards instead of 1 since version 1.3.1 or 1.3.2.

Probably. I tested painlands and they deal 2 damage instead of 1.

Reported in 1.3.3, still in 1.3.4

I found a potentially critical bug.

I had a creature (Odious Trow, and my opponent was at 17 life). I buffed my creature to a power of 5, and attacked, and was unblocked. However, the opponent only took 1 damage.

The buff I used was Barkshell Blessing, and I conspired it.

This time, I had a 1/1, and two 2/2's. (Base power). My opponent was at 5 life, and I buffed my 1/1 for kicks to a 5/5. I attacked, and the opponent went to negative 1 instead of negative 4 like in older versions.

I just tried this with your scenario (as best as I could tell) and couldn't reproduce it. Odious Trow is listed as a 5/5, and dealt 5 damage. You'll have to either give more information with what was in play (maybe the AI cast something?), or provide an exact scenario that can be reproduced every time.

If I can reproduce it, or it happens again, I'll be sure to check the battle log and paste if so. I might have missed something then.

The bug slipped in during the refactoring of the AbilityFactory classes. The mana ability made direct calls to the subabilities that are no longer necessary. I checked in the fix.

. Phantasmal Terrain when cast by the AI causes the game to freeze.

AI targets my Retromancer and my Benthicore with Ashes to Ashes. When I tap some Merfolk to get Benthicore shroud, Benthicore is still removed from the game.
