When you put a copy of Unbreathing Horde onto the battlefield via Cackling Counterpart while there are zombies in play or zombie cards in your graveyard, the copy is still immediately sent to the graveyard (presumably as a 0/0 creature after SBA) instead of calculating the p/t like the original.

The AI often plays Everflowing Chalice without kick it at all. This would be just an AI issue, but then I noticed that the AI then tries (and manages) to proliferate up the number of charge counters on those Chalices. In other words, the AI is somehow managing to proliferate a charge counter onto an artifact with no counters on it all all.
Also, when I control a Teferi's Puzzle Box and its ability triggers for my opponent, it gives me the option of deciding which order my opponent's cards go on the bottom of his library, where really he should be the one deciding that.

I wasn't trying to suggest it was legal, just trying to suggest a scenario that may be what it tried to do. I haven't looked at the AI casting code in a long time, so this is merely speculation:
1) Start casting Foil (but don't put it on the Stack yet)
2) Target whatever spell
3) Pay Alternate Foil cost by discarding an Island and the Foil it was trying to cast
4) Put Foil from the Graveyard (since that's where it is now) to the Stack

Permanents selected for Yosei the Morning Star are not tap.
Creatures with feather counter from Aven Mimeomancer are not 3/1.
Savra, Queen of the Golgari's triggered ability didn't trigger when she is the sacrificed creature.

Obscure corner case warning: The AI placed 2 -1/-1 counters on my Knight of the Holy Nimbus. It remained on the board at 0/0, with no problems.
There are 2 things wrong about this:
Creatures die and are placed in the graveyard when they have toughness 0, they are not destroyed, so the Knight's regeneration ability should not have saved it.
If forge's code is taking a shortcut, and triggers destruction when a creature has 0 toughness, the game should have entered an infinite loop of destruction and regeneration, until either one of the players paid to deactivate the Knight's ability.

AI is targeting the same creature twice with Stand Together.

There seems to be a bug with Sylvan Library. When I come across it, I can just hit cancel and I get to keep all three cards.
