Doubling Season and Primal Vigor are horribly broken.
The +1/+1 counters work as expected.
The problem arises when a token enters the battlefield.
Instead of the expected doubling, I am seeing between 200 and 500+ tokens enter the battlefield. Due to the variable number of tokens generated, I suspect the game engine is spewing out as many tokens as it can during one or two ticks.

Which program are you referring to? Every program has it's own forum and in it it's dedicated bug forum.Please report your bug there so developers of that program learn about it and try to fix it.
