i guess this is another question for marek14 but anyone is welcome to chime in of course.
the card is eater of the dead. oracle is:
|0: If Eater of the Dead is tapped, untap it and exile target creature card from a graveyard.
if the target is not valid when the ability resolves, should eater of the dead be untapped? (assuming of course, that it was tapped when the ability resolved)
