It's me again, Lord of 13. Today, I've taken the first serious steps towards implementing my MtG-rules-enforcing game (codenamed Mindgames), and published the first entry to my new blog. Please check it out and let me know what you think!

Double posting to mention that I'm looking for a person or two to be a guest speaker to talk about the GUI, specifically pertaining to the Deck Editor and MtG Game Window.

1) Pls put the link to your blog in your sig.
2) We have at least five deck editors here, which one are you talking about?

Deck Editor for a complete rules-enforcing MtG application, such as DotP, Forge, Wagic, etc.

Well, if I was mtgrares or frwololo or Goblin Hero or one of our other developers I would take advantage of this opportunity to talk to you. But I will leave it to them to find your request, or you could try sending a PM.

If no one is interested, I can be interviewed, but not about any deck editors. 8-[

Well, no one expressed any interest in the interview. Nevertheless, my blog's been updated with a few more entries, and I'm now looking for an interviewee on the subject of UI design for the main play screen.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll contact them when I finish the Deck Editor... currently, search algorithms are proving a bit of a bottle neck.

Well, that problem was solved, and so I have a pre-alpha release, in which essentially everything but the actual gameplay has been created - that includes cards, format legality, deck editor, splash screen, sound effects, and so on. This release is usable as a deck editing application as-is, though I should probably add more cards first. :P
