Will an unregistered MWS still expire?

The company's websites are completely offline so I don't see a way to register it, when my 30 days are up will I be able to continue playing or is there something else I must do?

I'll try to contact the dev myself.
When you´re a goblin, you don´t have to step forward to be a hero -- everyone else just has to step back.
