Accessing the verification code of MWS

A friend who knows I know some stuff about MWS asked me to find out the following:

He has MWS registered and the verification code entered for his MWS. Unfortunately, he lost the email with that code. Now he buys a new computer and wants to use his MWS registered there, too. The problem is he no longer knows his old registering-code.

Is there a way to find out the registry-code of an installed MWS ?
