[SOS] The "Generate Sealed Deck" function question

At first, please forgive my poor english ... I'm just from China and not very good at it ... >_< ~
And then, I have some questions about the function of "Tools" => "Generate Sealed Deck" ... please for help ~

I have downloaded the "mws094f.exe" and "mtg_gamepack.exe" at the latest version, installed them. I opened the Magic Workstation and tried to use the "Generate Sealed Deck" function. Then I found that, all the cards with Rarity-M seemed all be dealt as the cards with Rarity-C, which cause the condition that, I just open 2 M2012 boosters, but I get 2 rare cards and 4 M-Cards! ... I have tried many times, but there's no change ... can anybody help me please ...
