Custom Card Support in Deck File

Deck file CSV format
Qauntity | Name | Set

Set File CSV Format
Name | Set | Color | Card Type | P/T | Flavor Text | Rarity | Casting Cost | Card Text | Artist | Card Number

You could add a test to see if the first column was a number with three or fewer digits. If it wasn't, then instruct the program to add the row as a custom card.
