Is there a current link I can download? I'd like to create up-to-date wording proxy decks, rather than individual cards.

I got 9.1.03 working perfectly. Question is, is there going to be an update for the new Legendary frames? These would be great to have.

I sincerely hope so. I've been holding off updating a proxy cube database until I can implement those frames.
My idea is to be able to generate a full card image list based on the MTGO Vintage Cube List for use as an actual playable cube (when physical events are more accessible).
But there is a catch, I started (but since put it on hold) to cherry pick which version of a card is the one that makes it into the cube. I have favoured promo art/online only art over regular art in most cases and have also gone as far as picking card versions based on flavour text.
I put the whole thing on hold for those frames and because masters sets started making it easier to source the online only arts. I really want to pick it up again but reluctant to put in the time if those frames won't be included.

It’s been almost 3 years since I last spoke with ahkren, so I don’t know that they’ll be coming back to update it.I got 9.1.03 working perfectly. Question is, is there going to be an update for the new Legendary frames? These would be great to have.
If anyone here has PHP coding or graphic experience and want to take a stab at updating the project, I’ll pass along the keys.
Other thought is this: HQCardGen was invaluable for me when starting up MTG.Design, as I currently use the frames (but I render the cards using my own engine). If there’s demand… would you like me to share some updated assets and open-source my rendering engine?

I wish I had enough knowledge. My PHP is extremely rusty and I definitely don't have the graphics design ability to make anything out of it.
I'm interested to know that you're using the same assets on MTG.Design but have obviously managed to include more recent assets such as the legendary frames. Not sure about DFMCs or all the showcase frames we've seen in the past 2 years.
Is you rendering engine something that can now replace the preexisting engine? Would it still be able to be run from the command line? How much of the existing offline structure would have to change to support the engine, again assuming it works offline.
If not, then the question becomes how to update the current engine to utilise the updated assets.

MTG.Design uses LaTeX for text rendering, and then composites the text layer on top of the graphics. One thing in common is I do use PHP for the code. It could be run offline and through the command line.

What would you consider to be the graphical skills needed to help in the project? I've got some photoshop and Illustrator background, and I'd very much love to see this project up and running again.

There are many new frames that are missing. Basically, anything since Kaladesh needs to be updated.
I am happy to provide new sources for most of the non-showcase frames. Honestly, if you’re up for the challenge, let’s talk.

Is there a script, tool, or code which can generate entries for the oracle (cards.txt) for newer sets not present in 9.1.03?
I've been adding customs by hand, but doing a full set will take quite a bit of time...
