I started to render Future sight's frames. I used the frames from MSEditor. I've stopped due to the low resolution of the frames. However, I'm posting here what I have done.
go to config.txt and change render.Futuresight to 1..

someone qualifies for improving the frames?

Hey everyone,

It's so great to see different people helping with the card generator, it's something I've used for whenever I've been playing magic.

I've been having two problems. Whenever I generate a planeswalker, the image gets "zoomed in". I'm not using any overlays, so I dont expect them to show, but I can't figure out why it looks how it does. When I set art.top = 100, in config_planeswalker, it zooms in less, but obviously started showing the art further down. I imagine I have something configured incorrectly, any suggestions?

Additionally, all New Phyrexia cards are generated without their rarity symbols. I've confirmed that the NPH rarity symbols are present and named correctly. I've also checked that NPH is the abbreviation used in data/sets.txt

Below are two images of Karn Liberated (he is both a Planeswalker and in New Phyrexia).
art.top = 0
Karn LiberatedArt0.full.jpg

art.top = 100
Karn LiberatedArt100.full.jpg

Here is how I've installed my HQCG,
install Gwar's base package (7-10-11)
install Gwar's update (7-29-11)
Install Joollim's updates (there were 6 Labeled HQCGenerator, one Cards.rar, and a TransformRenderer, if I recall, I installed them in chronological order)

Hi, Dean

1) art.top is used to define when the art will start in axis Y, form top to bottom, not do scale the image.
Verify if config.txt -> art.keep.aspect.ratio = 1 to keep the it scaled.

2) check if the symbol's name in images/rarity/NPH_x.png (or NPH_x.gif) is correct. I think that the symbol is named like "NPH _x.png" or "NPH_ x", so remove any space from the file's name.

Hello !

I downloaded the packages on the main page but I was wondering where can i get the update for the Innistrad sets. Any help would be most welcome :)

EDIT : Managed to update using @joollim's files. Can somebody please link the latest cards.csv that includes Avacyn Restored ?

Also, many thanks to Snacko, Gwar and all who contributed to make this excellent tool ...

Hi guys,
Was wondering what was the latest package to use and if it supported M13 already?

Thanks, great work!

Hi deurk, I dont remember if I've posted the lastest card database... This contains M13 but it has some errors, so you will have to fix them by yourself.

I was wondering the same as deurk. Because with the current downloads I have I get the following error message when I want to create cards from Avacyn Restored.

PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in D:\Programme\GwarsProxyGen\scripts\includes\global.php on line 68

I have downloaded and copied the rarity symbols for AVR from the last page. Is there anything else what needs to be updated for this to work?

Thanks joollim, any .mwdeck to go with that?

EDIT: Maybe you could post a fully updated package on the first page of that thread?
If I can help in any way just let me know :)

Heh, I come back after a year of being out of MTG and I find this still going strong.

Sorry for the absence. xD I will Update the main post asap!

Out of interest, does anyone know of an automated way to strip out certain sets from the csv format card database? I used to do it by deleting it from the masterbase itself by hand, but there MUST be an easier way, no?

It will always have to be done manually to the best of my knowledge. Any script/macro that you can write will take time to write and will not work flawlessly. Manually doing it will always work but is just as painstaking.

Does it really make a difference if the CSV has the extra sets in it? You could just leave them in.

No real difference, I'm just picky. xD

I guess I could always do both.

In any case, just waiting for Joollim to reply to my PM to give me permission to roll his updates into the main page. :)
