Collectible Card Game Headquarters

guys i have a little problem after update my vista to sp2, this problem is appear when i use cdsexplorer, before update all work perfectly, i have done all test: get another midas.dll regserv it(in same folder of cds and system 32) but nothing changed, can anyone help me? ty alot
