Colored artifacts
by Faliorn » 28 Mar 2011, 13:38
Hi! This is Faliorn from Spain.
First I wanted to say that this software is AMAZING! I've always wanted to make my own expansion just for fun, and so far I have rendered about 100 cards! I'm looking forward to testing it with my friends.
(I said this in my first post but wanted to say it again)
I have a question. I've checked and, when rendering a coloured artifact (say Ethersworn Canonist) it renders it with a coloured-artifact frame.
However, I'd like to use that for another "artifacts" I have created. If I put the word "Artifact" in the card type, it works fine, but if I write another word (say, "Equipment") it uses the standard white frame.
Is there a way to stablish which keywords use the artifact frame?
Thank you and keep rocking. You're giving a lot of fun!

That would involve editing the PHP scripts and a lot of fiddling about.
The Easiest way to quickly make it work for you is to temporarily rename the coloured artifact images (in the images/8th/ folder) to the name of the white frame (and rename the white frame, add a letter or something) and then render. It'll work.
I'll have a look at the PHP myself later on.

There is an option card.artifact.color which controls how many colors are needed to display the overlay this only works for cards that have color set to art or the type set to Artifact.
