Generating white card borders?

I have been using the HQ Card Generator to generate cards for use in Forge and I am curious if their is any way generate cards with white instead of black borders.

That is actually an excellent question.
As is, I do not think there is a simply "switch" for it (though I'll look into implementing one before Snacko beats me! ), but what you CAN do is edit the image files directly (namely the ones in the "cards" folders) to add the white borders. Just remember to backup the black bordered images!
Here is a correctly sized White Border overlay to save you some time, just use something like GIMP or Paint.net to paste it over the black borders manually for now.
Mental note to self: White border switch must support "On", "Off" and "Auto Apply to Core Sets Revised through 9th edition."
