Please note that this is now stand alone. You don't need to download the assets from Snaco's pack first as this now includes them (and then some).

I keep getting an WARNING: Unable to locate art Directory D:/Proxygen/Proxygen/Art

Now in the first post you said that all the card images were already downloaded when u download the main file?

Sorry, I was a bit unclear. The assets for making the proxies are all included now, you still need to get the crops from elsewhere. The Pictures Subforum here has a torrent, and MTGBr has most of the crops as well available to download individually.

You then need to point the main config file to where you have the crops extracted.
