Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I am trying to install Magic Album. The installer is giving an error of can't find file when run from the main window. When I used explorer to go to the directory it is now working... bug?

Show me the log. And do not put installer in the root directory of your hard drive - windows does not allow to write into it sometimes.
