Information about next release date ?

I'm a Magic Album new user and I just installed the latest version. If I'm right, Commander 2015 is not yet added to the database.

Is there information available somewhere about the next release date ?
Is there any "usual rules" about new release ?

I always make an update right after the next big set is out and available on gatherer. As for the small sets/duel decks/etc it depends on my free time and mood

I'm collecting all the new released pictures in the forum. Once in a while I sort through them, rename properly, pack, create a new torrent and upload it.
