Exporting and Importing issues
by DocByte1024 » 17 Nov 2020, 11:42
Hey,
I could not find anything solving my problem using the search. Maybe because I am not a native speaker. I use Magic Album to organise my collection with more than 20,000 cards. It is the best tool I know for doing so. I tried to import this collection to several online deckbuilding tools. It seems to be impossible with out converting the csv file manually.
The Set Code used in Magic Album does not match with the online tools.
The apostrophe generates an error and it is very difficult to manage foil and non foil cards.
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?
Adding the multiverse ID to each card could be a solution. But i don't know how to do this.
Thanks a lot for thinking about my problem

I don't think so. Different sites want different data. Manual converting is the only solution.DocByte1024 wrote:It seems to be impossible with out converting the csv file manually.

Unfortunately MA database does not include multiverse id. Adding it will require an enormous work.DocByte1024 wrote:Adding the multiverse ID to each card could be a solution. But i don't know how to do this.
When you´re a goblin, you don´t have to step forward to be a hero -- everyone else just has to step back.
