Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Ok, I am sadden that MWS Picture Assistant is now dead pretty much. I did download the torrent for all the pic files but I have no idea how to get the pictures to appear in MWS or where to load them. I used MWSPA and it knew where to go, I think I missing a step or something so someone please help me how to get this going. Or if there is another program that will work the same way but have all the pics up to SOM.
