I cant get the game to work

Hi, my name is Matthew.
I'm having trouble finding and downloading the card database (aka masterbase). I looked a video (the website wont let me post the URL but I but this into youtube, magic workstation download)which was made in 2012. When I log onto this website, it does not take me to the main page, it takes me to the forum page. Can anybody help me locate where the masterbase is?
