Trouble with MWS Flavor Text

i go to
http://www.slightlymagic.net/base.shtml to get the flavor texts on all of my cards for mws but ive tried extracting it to c:\program files\magic workstation\pics orc:\program files\magic workstation\themes
neither work.
if you can tell me how and where to extract them that would be great!! :D :D :D

Go to
http://www.rarlabs.com, download WinRar and extract all files into MWS folder overwriting old files.

http://www.rarlabs.com dosent work. and when i do download WinRar and extract all the files in MWS folder, will it automaticly overwrite all files?

acaly wha im trying to say is, i have downloaded the winrar progra. but when i go to download the "master base through timespiral with flavor text"
it says to extract them. ive tried C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\Pics
and C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\themes
and C:\Program Files\Magic Workstation\masterbase
none of those work. if you could give me the destination to where my files go to that would be awsome!
