Can't open inventory with latest masterbase loaded.

I hadn't updated my masterbase since Conflux/CFX (4714kb), so I grabbed the masterbase release from here (5469kb), and copied that in and the sets file and it works fine.

However when I open my inventory of my collection I get a message saying "File Structure Invalid. Load Cancelled". If I swap the masterbase file, the inventory opens OK. (I don't need to rollback the sets file.)

I guess that I'm missing some update since Feb '09 that would make it all work. My version of mws is 0.94f I don't recall ever installing any patches.

Any help / guidance / pointers appreciated.
