Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've downloaded the new masterbase updeated 'til shards of alara, but there's a big problem.

I copied the masterbase and the sets files correctly, bu when i open MWS it says: DEBUG: (insufficient memory for this opration) and it doesn't load the masterbase.

Please help me!
