Debug: Insufficient memory for this operation

Since downloading the RTR masterbase, I've been getting this error every time I try to load the masterbase. I've uninstalled MWS and reinstalled about three times, I've deleted all the files, folders, etc, and even downloaded a program that makes sure they're all cleared out. Still not working.
If anyone knows why this is or how to fix it, that would be much appreciated.
