He didn't go anywhere, after all he just posted the CFX update to MediaFire on Feb 11. It's only his website that went away.

It didn't work for me too, but then I tried to "save file as..." and it worked just fine.

Hello.
I also had problems updating the ruling of workstation, but I could update successful modifying the file rule-cards.txt.
I don't know how to save the rules to the file GameRulings.chm, but I have the rule updated to 20 Ago 2009 (M10) in the file Rulings.dat of the workstation directory, folder "Data".
If it file is useful for you I can upload it. (Or you can tell me how can I save the rules in GameRulings.chm).

We need the chm, the gamerulings are not a problem.
maitai left explicit instructions on how he made his updates, it's just that no one wants to follow them. The instructions are here:

I threw this together today using what info I could find as some of the links in the instructions were no longer valid. I'll try to keep it updated now that I think I know how. Any issues with it let me know. It's using the 2009/8/20 ruleset.
