You can't play Archive trap for it's alternative 0 cost.

The card archive trap that mills 13 cards if the opponent searched their library that turn and has an alternative that you can cast the spell for free doesn't let you play it for the 0 cost at any stage in the opponents turn, unless you have the 2 and 3 colourless mana.
