Pause an AI game?

Just wondering if there is, or perhaps might be in the future, some way to pause an AI game so you don't have to worry about running out of time when you're play testing a deck.
Could even be a useful function in live play if there is an emergency reason for AFK. (Although there are no such luxuries in real tournaments, I don't think we're playing quite that competitively here, yet)
edit: Nevermind, I see now you can set time limit for "none". Problem solved.
