FAIL TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER

Hi,
I have been playing for a long time, then I stopped for a while.
When I came back to play, I updated the game to the latest release
and now it fails to connect to the server port 176.31.186.181 (which
should be the one for Europe, right?). Any suggestion? I have tried
to cancel and install again the program many times, changing server as well.
I can't see any other servers at the moment though, while in the past there were
several.
