Collectible Card Game Headquarters

How do you:
Q1. download card pictures?
A1.Create game (Alt+N) and then choose Cards->"Download pictures..." in top menu (or press Alt+W)

Q2. find other people to play against? ie, IP addresses or link to other instances of the program over a server...
A2. it's PvP game, so no external server available. (more detailed answer below)
Note: There is a channel for MagicWars in hamachi. To find other players, follow the following steps:
a) install hamachi http://soft.softodrom.ru/ap/Hamachi-p1053
b) start it and join "magicwars" channel there (password="321", didn't know how to make it without any password)
c) find people to play with

Q3. Is there any way to play this solo, or versus yourself just to test some things out?

Yes we need more player

2a. it's PvP game, so no external server available

reason: when you create a new game, server instance is being created inside your client that both players use to connect to later
previously there was MagicWars Jboss AS version with separate server started when it was possible to host it somewhere and join it whenever you want to play, but now it is not available any more because of some issues related to that
