Posted: 06 Jul 2009, 16:38MTGSalvation has really dropped the ball on their spoiler though. They usually do really well at having card images with the spoiler, but they don't even have the images from the Wizards site! Come on MTGS!
doxaios~ Wizards always puts out a new Comp Rules when the set is released (not until the 18th I think) so that's a definite yes. I would assume a new basic rules would be included if nothing else than for the new combat system
