MacBook Air users, which of these vintage games can we play?

So I am very interested in playing some of these old MTG programs but I only have access to my 2019 MacBook Air, which I also need as my daily driver. Which of these older MTG programs can I get to run without too much trouble or worry of breaking my computer?

I saw Shandalar which looked great. Really I like anything with the vintage style feel, even if it is newer like Cockatrice. I just can’t stand all the bloated animations and GUI of modern programs.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

This old MTG program is very likely to develop on the 2019 MacBook Air.

If you like the old MTG programs, Shandalar and Cockatrice are great options. Shandalar can run on DOSBox, while Cockatrice is compatible with macOS. Both offer a simple and no-frills gaming experience!

Thanks for the advice, but I've played it before and I thought it was average. I personally don't really recommend it.
Hello, what level have you played to?

We don't believe in locking threads here, but I'm making an exception in this case.
