Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have a sliver deck and i have a question about it
I have a card called crystalline sliver it gives all slivers shroud
now because all my sliver have shorud does it block the abalites of my other slivers such as: might sliver giving all sliver +2/+2

Shroud doesn't block the abilities of the others slivers, because those abilities do not target.
