I have to agree with Klep.

If you aren't playing a deck that has all 5 colors (even just to splash white for something like a Woolly Thoctar) you're not playing Shards lol

Ok, that WAS a joke..There is no such thing as the BEST deck ever,it depends on the style of play and skills of each player to find the best deck for him,for example I dont play 5 color control, because I lack of skills to play as instead I play BW tokens, because it suits my playstyle (play from the top :-) ) and it forgives small mistakes..

Guttural Response and Burnout are good counterspells but they only counter blue spells; Avoid Fate, but it counters an instant that targets a permanent you control; and Molten Influence, but like Dash Hopes, can be countered if they have the life.

I've used Dash Hopes, but not as a counter. I usually use it when I know they'll take the lifeloss, as a way to hit for five with only two mana.

Although sometimes when I'm spiteful I'll play it when they have five or less life, requiring them to counter the spell. ;)

I need a card with that ability because I use abilities like devour and create a 12/12 creature for example and it is shame to be removed from game for a plain land or cant block or attack for one land... #-o I want and a remove enchantment card for a green/red/black deck.Any ideas?

I have 2 really imba cards that do the job for you- Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast .They do the same but have different names so you can play more of them :-) .And anyway you dont want to counter any other spell but a blue one ;-) (u r playing green which handles noncreature permaments and black which handles graveyard and creature threats :-) )
Dash hopes?Do you really want me to get a heart attack? Its one of the worst cards Ive ever seen(yea worse than Pedantic learning :-) )
tbh u have the best artifact/ench removal in green and red- Krosan Grip in green and plenty of artifact removal in red (Smash to Smithereens , Ancient Grudge , Rack and Ruin , and the best one imho Shattering Spree )

Yeah but this two cards is only for blue spells. I have major problems with white spells.

Probably Pacifism, since he mentioned wanting enchantment destruction.

Is something wrong with good ol' Naturalize?

All of the suggestions so far are good ones. For Green I have always had a soft spot Creeping Mold, it is pretty flexible. Nevinyrral's Disk is a classic board sweeper. Or if countering spells is more important you can try to get a copy of the artifact Null Brooch.

The one is Pacifism the other is Path to Exile...
