I'll say it again, Avoid Fate. It's good for countering those pesky Aura enchantments like Pacifism and the instants like Path to Exile

Avoid fate is not that good of a card, and anyway you dont want to play anti-artifact and enchantment and anti-which-ever-color-is-it spells mainboard..As I said earlier Krosan grip gets you the job done pretty easily as it cannot be countered(really nice against faeries and monoblue controls with those pesky Vedalken Shackles and Bitterblossom) and costs only 1 more mana in comparison to naturalize :-)

I can say 1 thing-if the 1 land from PtE doesnt help you (when you are not empty-handed), you are playing something wrong :-) 1 PtE cannot stop you if you are playing aggro :-) (If you are playing tempo-1,2 creatures on board and trying to keep them ingame-you are playing the wrong color combination as tempo decks are always based on blue :-) )

kl3p_co. I think Avoid Fate is better for my me. When you try to put a 6 or 7-land creature in play, it is shame to put it out of the game for only 1 land. When you struggle to put 6 lands in play you dont have the extra 3 mana for the spells you told me. On the other side the 1 land for Avoid Fate is just what I want!!(or I think so...)

When you are putting a 6cc creature into play and the opponent doesnt respond, u r in a board position in which u are going to win and some PtE wont change the end-effect :-)

Take Legacy for example- almost every deck is playing tarmogoyf, yea its a pity when it gets sworded but you have to have other threats-what I mean is that playing a deck about 1 card is really bad :-)

For example today I was playtesting RW aggro against my friend playing 5ccc(5 color cruel control),I sworded his Broodmate Dragon , but as it was the 6th or 7th turn and he already had 8 lands(the 8th land from teh PtE),he just played Mulldrifter and he found a 2nd one in the drawn card and beaten me with those 2 small pesky flying fishes, because he had 3 Cryptic Command in his hand, and he was able to play them on my threats :-)

So you see,the world doesnt go down if someone removes your uber-imba Predator Dragon from the game, but if you lose, you are obviously doing something wrong :-)

I have to agree with Kl3p_co. In my early days, I played a deck that focused on getting my sole Avatar of Might out... yeah I lost a lot to Terror. Now my nightmare deck is a mix of nightmares like Faceless Butcher (my fav card ever!) and 2 or 3 heavy beaters like Visara the Dreadful and Avatar of Woe. I'm screwed when it comes to pro-white cards, but my groups meta never really had any. Oh yeah... an aggro hurts me too :(

Well there are 3 types of decks:
Aggro:You try to stomp your opponent as fast as possible and try to bring so much threats that he isnt able to handle them all (example decklist: http://www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=25222 )
Control:You try to get board control through all possible counter spells and anti-creature cards and when you are at position of a total board control you drop one big fatty and kill the opponent (example decklist: http://www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=25220)
Combo:you try to draw a certain card combination(for example a lot of mana spells such as Seething Song or Manamorphose and cast a big Mind's Desire searching in the best case top 10+ cards whilst playing them all and finding a second Desire or going for the kill with Tendrils of Agony from the top ) to kill your opponent, mostly you stomp aggro as you are MUCH faster then they but you get owned by any deck if you draw it unlucky :) (example decklist: http://www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=20466 )

Yeah, That deck uses either the Chord of Calling or the Birchlore Rangers

I like to get my Predator Dragons into play with Summoner's Egg or Black Lotus (if I had a Black Lotus...)

When you have black lotus play this:
T1:Lotus Petal(or a generic 0cc artifact),play Black Lotus, sac for UUU,play Tinker,sac Petal,search for Darksteel Colossus,gg :D
