I converted these pics, from the Portal expansion.
I think they are all the supported cards that are in the _cards.dat file.

Big Pictures are at the right format (200x285) but my program did thumbs at 44x64 >_> $£%£
Big ones works, but i don't know thumbnails, i have no time to try it Q_Q sorry.
