This has to be illegal.

While play testing a new deck, i realized that this deck can produce unlimited mana and unlimited 4/4 artifact creatue Myr tokens.

In play i have:
2 Myr Galvanizer
2 Plague Myr
2 Palladium Myr
1 Myr Matrix
and cool Myrs and Lands, but those become irrelevant, even the Myr Battlesphere.

For those who don't see it, when i tap the 2 Plague and Palladium Myrs i get 6 mana, tap 1 Galvanizer untap all Myrs (5 mana), tap the 2 Plague and Palladium Myrs i get 6 mana, tap 1 Galvanizer untap all Myrs (including the tapped Galvanizer) (5 mana), repeat until you get tired or the game explodes.

Every time you get 5 mana you can get one more Myr token from the Matrix and it's 4/4 because of the matrix and the 2 Galvanizers.

That can't be legal.

The combo requires 7 cards. I don't see what's crazy broken about that.

Actually as long as you have 2 Galvanizer and either any 2 Myrs that give one mana or 1 Myr that gives 2, it still works.
Of course the Matrix is what transforms the infinite mana into infinite Myrs.

I never said anything was "broken", just that having Galvanizers endlessly untaping each other is very very powerful.

I'm wondering, as there are some infinite combo possible within MtG due to the lack of balance that comes with those kind of ccg game, is there an actual rule that prevent a player to effectively obtain an infinity of tokens this way ?

And in Forge , is there a code that gives a cap to the amount of tokens an AI can deploy with this kind of infinite combo to avoid making the game stuck in this kind of loop ?
probably outdated by now so you should avoid : Innistrad world for Forge (updated 17/11/2014)
Duel Decks for Forge - Forge custom decks (updated 25/10/2014)

I was wondering about such a rule, but i hadn't thought about the AI going into an infinite loop.
Can the AI use such a combo?

It's really tough to build a combo deck the AI will use properly, not without some extra AI code.
I'm currently working an a Mirrodin world, and Mirrodin is swarmed with cool combo's:

but i'm afraid the opponent wont be playing them.

this article contains the rules about loops & infinity:
