60 Total Cards
12 Creatures
-------------
4x Obsidian Fireheart
4x Royal Assassin
4x Sorceress Queen
28 Spells
----------
2x Chandra Nalaar
4x Cursed Land
4x Dark Ritual
2x Incendiary Command
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Molten Rain
1x Mox Jet
1x Mox Ruby
4x Seething Song
2x Terminate
20 Land
--------
4x Akoum Refuge
4x Badlands
4x Blood Crypt
4x Crumbling Necropolis
4x Savage Lands
This deck uses Land Burn as its main theme.
Not ridiculously powerful, but given the mana acceleration cards, you can bring the hurt fast.
4x of Obsidian Fireheart is an overkill as only 1 is needed for land burn, but for its cost, its a very good card.
Other cards, are meant to delay or disrupt the opponent's creatures (Sorceress Queen, Royal Assassin) while you burn the land.

Nice deck, I just downloaded it and will try it tomorrow. (bedtime approaches fast)
At first glance, I would say the deck is slow with so many of your lands comming into play tapped.
But I will need to play a few games to see that happen.
The idea of killing your opponent with his own lands is nice though. Twisted.
But nice.

I tried the deck against several randomly generated decks and I had a good time. Nice deck.

Ok, played the deck against some randomly generated decks.
Got my a$$ handed to me by the first 2 decks, got lucky against the 3rd.
Finally got a good game going against the 4th.
The deck works, but is slow. Main problem is that you need 2 colors to make it work. (I have tried going 1 color, but that took me too close to my Stuffy-Doll deck and going the black way makes the theme of damage through land useless.
I like the idea, but this deck lacks finishing power.

Hah! you were doing something I was.
Mine's a little different though. So instead of starting a new thread, this is what I came up with.
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Ruby
1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
4 Darksteel Ingot
6 Mountain
6 Swamp
4 Badlands
4 Akoum Refuge
4 Obsidian Fireheart
4 Royal Assassin
4 Helldozer
4 Dark Ritual
4 Seething Song
4 Zombify
4 Molten Rain
4 Demolish
4 Incendiary Command
4 Soul Feast
1 Wheel of Fortune
1 Jokulhaups
It's not the fastest, and I used to have Cursed Land in it, but face it, that's more expensive that the Obsidian Fireheart blaze functions as well as a nice 4/4 critter. Helldozer rocks as a big creature with that nice little land destruction aspect, and the Royal Assassins keep back the hoardes well.
That said, I've gotten most of my kills by whittling at them with the Obsidian Fireheart, but then pounding them with Soul Feast and Incendiary Command. The whole thing falls apart though without the help of Dark Ritual or Seething Song. Thanks to the mana heavy help, I can often get an Obsidian Fireheart, Royal Assassin or Incendiary Command off on the first turn, and let's face it, being able to use Zombify to put Helldozer right into play with 4 mana is great.

Nice deck, Resonantg.
But for both decks, why use land destruction if your goal is to kill the opponent by burning them with the fireheart?
That feels counter productive to me.
Ok, time to test this deck, maybe even against the other fireheart deck. Lets see who burns who. Flame on!

Just like Mr. Chaos had said, helldozer is quite contradictory to the land burn theme. Though if you can leave all but four lands all with blaze counters and cursed land attached to them = 8 damage per turn, it just takes too long to set this up, unless you have good mana sources, which is why this deck is a tad to slow.
Good if you can stall for long.
But if you combine Helldozer + Psychic Venom + Obsidian Fireheart, leave the opponent with 4 lands, all equipped with blaze counters, Cursed Land s, and Psychic Venom s, while Helldozer destroys all other lands.
That is one hell of a land burn deck

Yah, I've been having fun with testing out the decks myself. I've discovered one very nice thing after winning about 85% of all the matches I've been doing against random preassembled decks.
About 30% of the time, I can have a Royal Assassin OR Obsidian Fireheart out on turn one. If that isn't available, I've hit them with Incendiary Command, Soul Feast or have up to 5 mana available for turn 2 by land and artifact.
The strategy of getting out Darksteel Ingots and then using Jokulhaups, I usually roll to an easy victory by getting out a Helldozer to destroy every bit of new land they throw out. That has accounted for more than a couple victories. Very good against big critter/magic decks.
Incendiary Command is hell on weenie decks too.
The only times I'm truly screwed is when I get land horked with 2 land or less and no dark rituals show up. But at least, if I survive long enough to pull Wheel of Fortune, Jokulhaups or Incendiary command, once the mana becomes available, I can often reverse the tide of battle.
I haven't tried this versus a vice deck, and I think in this case, I'm fooked unless I get lots of demolishes.
