A very solid Mill deck. This deck has all the options to easily shut down your opponent in various ways, with Propaganda, your opponent's creatures will have a hard time attacking. And if that's not enough, Serendib Sorcerer will render those who manage to attack useless.

Hedron Crab/Nemesis of Reason/Ambassador Laquatus will effectively mill your opponent's deck each turn, and cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Funeral will do the most damage to your opponent's library.

Keep on stalling with Frozen Aether, and bounce any creatures with Man-o'-War, and your opponent will find its deck empty in no time.
