Installing New Decks - Newbie Questions

I've only recently discovered Forge and have downloaded some of the decks here to play against my own creations.
Do all downloaded decks have to be installed in the forge/decks/constructed folder?
Is there any way to keep downloaded decks and my own decks on separate lists within Forge to make finding my own in the list easier?
