One of my least favorite deck archtypes but I figured it was missing from the vault so to speak:

The point of this deck is very simple. 20 points to your opponent as quickly as you can manage. Ignore his creatures, throw the damage at him. Thats why I include such horrid cards as Lava Axe and Lava Spike. Very efficient for the cost if you aren't worried about using them on creatures. Wheel early and often to pick up the key parts to the deck. Lightning Helix, Lightning Bolt, and Flame Javelin work nicely to kill your opponent at the EOT.

Back in the old days when I played at the game store, I tried a similar variant for a couple of weeks. I had some fun with it and won a few games. For the most part, I tended to play aggro + combo decks, as they were my meat and potatoes.

Glad you like it. I never did like straight burn decks ...I prefered green white with red for fireballs or monoblue or blue green aggro control.
