I first want to say what a game platform MTGForge is, and what a great community this is.

This is the first deck I've made. it's a White/Green Enchant/Token Deck
Code: Select all
12 Critters - 14 Land - 23 White - 21 Green

2   Dryad Arbor
4   Forest
4   Plains
4   Savannah
1   Mox Emerald
1   Mox Pearl
3   Concordant Crossroads
3   Essence Warden
3   Fastbond
2   Land Tax
3   Soul Warden
2   Rhys the Redeemed
2   Festival of Trokin
2   Crusade
2   Hoofprints of the Stag
3   Serra's Blessing
1   Eladamri's Call
3   Enchantress's Presence
2   Gaea's Anthem
2   Glorious Anthem
2   Oblivion Ring
2   Verduran Enchantress
1   Breath of Life
1   Garruk Wildspeaker
1   Muraganda Petroglyphs
4   Sigil of the Empty Throne
If I've done anything illegal, let me know, as this deck is far from final.

It works well. It's sometimes worth a mulligan if you've got too little mana.

Let me know what you think! Cheers!

Hello Tchiseen, welcome to the forum.
I played a few games with your deck against randomly generated AI decks and lost them all.
The reason? No mana.
By the time I finally had 5 mana and could play a sigil, I never got the chance to make me an angel because I died before that.
And yes, I did usually mulligan, sometimes even down to 4 cards before getting a land.
60 cards and 14 lands, that usually only works for elves and white weenie (small creatures). (ok, I have seen aggro red goblins decks run with 12 lands too)
You did include Land Tax but with just 2 they don't show up enough.

It looks like your deck suffers from the "too many ideas" syndrom.
You've got the right idea(s) but try to squeeze too many into 1 deck and then run out of space for lands.

For tokens, there are a few easy ways:
the Sigil, with loads of enchantments, like my "Claiming the throne" deck, seen here: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=938

The "B/W tokens" deck by Arcaniss222: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1196

The "kiki-jiki/pestermite combo abuser" deck: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1213
Red/blue deck with a really nasty token making combo.

Or you can go green and bring the game to a snail's pace using saproling tokens: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1201
3 decks in that last link, all about making saproling tokens.

But, no matter what you do, add enough lands.

Maybe we'll soon have the golden lotus land for combos.... :D......

I agree about the deck build Mr Chaos...too unfocused to do anything and not enough land. you basically want to check your mana curve and then build towards 40% if it is above 3. (3.5 being the cut off really).

Creativity is good but you have to temper that with reason. Serra's Blessing? terrible card. Use more enchantments that are good that you already have. 4x of a card brings more focus to the deck. That said...there are several decks already on the forums that abuse Sigil so maybe have a look at them and rebuild. I am certain there are new ways to abuse it since the latest Forge update so I might just go make and post one myself when I have time.

Thanks for all the great advice. I'll study up and see if I can improve this :)
