Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I'd like to assign images to my decks since there's a "card view" available in the deck selector. How do I assign an image to a deck?

Not sure if my original post was clear. I'm looking at the Quest Decks screen, and I have the "card view" turned on. I see each deck represented by a large, black card shape. I want to put an image there but don't know where to save the image or how to name it.
