Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I assembled a pack of AI-compatible Forge decks based on the various deck packs published by Gos. This pack currently includes 1826 decks categorized into groups (Daily Decks, Feature Article Decks, Pro Tour decks, etc.) that are fully compatible with the current AI as of Forge v1.5.32. They can be unpacked into the "decks/constructed" folder (preserving the subfolder structure) and then enjoyed in Forge constructed matches. They may be a good base for testing your own constructed decks while playing against the AI since most of these decks represent the typical MTG deck stereotypes and many of them are professionally built. They may also provide a solid foundation for vs-AI gauntlets.

NOTE: I did not create any of these decks. These decks were built by their respective authors and then converted into Forge format by gos (there are multiple regularly updated packs here in this forum). I merely filtered these decks by AI compatibility and assembled them into a single pack that contains only AI-playable decks.

NOTE 2: With some of these decks, you may still get a message that they contain a few cards that the AI can't play. This is normal and happens purely because there are some AI-unplayable cards in the deck's sideboard. Since the current AI does not sideboard, it will not try to use those cards anyway.

As of right now (01/21/15), this pack contains 1826 individual decks.

My tests with many of these decks indicate that the AI can play with the absolute majority of these decks reasonably well. In particular, the AI knows how to own the opponent with most aggro and aggro-control decks, as well as does a relatively good job at utilizing many control decks. However, please keep in mind that some of the more advanced decks in this pack are based on particular strategies or timings and may not be as expertly utilized by the AI as was intended by the deck's creator.

What criteria did you use to filter these decks? Did you take out all the decks with one or more maindeck "AI" marked cards?

Yes, basically these are the decks that consist of 100% AI playable cards in the main deck.

UPDATE: Updated to v1.5.25 and 08/31/14 packs. The pack now contains 1688 decks.

i'm really amazed, i only had to fix the AI problems on near to 40 decks for a quest world and it felt like forever (though i did testing along, but still the replacement itself takes time), but doing it on near 1700 ones !

It's my pleasure to help! The process is fully automated, I did not really ascertain how smartly or stupidly the AI plays with each particular deck, I just made sure that these decks do not contain any AI-unplayable cards that will definitely cause stupid things to happen or even make the game break.

Hmm, I used all your decks in the decks\constructed folder, but already the first to tries Forge complained about ai that could not play cards well...
Happens pretty often! E.g. now it complains about "Odunos River Trawler". But I don't know where I can see which user deck the AI opponent uses...

I can't get this to work, where should I place all these folders ? I tried the appdata/roaming/forge/decks/constructed but I don't see them in the constructed deck list.

Make sure you have set the type of deck to "Custom User Decks"

UPDATE: Updated the pack to contain 1826 decks (as of 01/21/15) playable with Forge v1.5.32.

Top Decks Deck: Ryuji Murae's Rakdos Red uses Falkenrath Aristocrat which AI can not play well.
